Subash teaches all Bible and Bible related courses, biblical Greek (basic and advanced), preaching, Bible geography, second temple literature, and church planting. He also accepts guest teaching invitations.
Subash organizes 12–15 day study tours to Israel, Jordan, Turkey, Greece, and Egypt for onsite Biblical education. Also, he leads mission trips to South Asia from North America and Europe.
Subash offers a yearlong church planting residency for South Asians through Grow Gospel Initiatives in partnership with Crossroad Church, Bangalore.
Grow Mercy Initiatives is a holistic child development program. It was launched during the pandemic. The children enrolled in this program receive education and education support, after-school care, and one hot nutritious meal daily.
From 2012 Subash and his team provide Bible education and leadership training to church planting aspirants, Christian leaders, and rural pastors through a yearlong non formal Bible training program called TCCP (Training Center for Church Planters).
To promote Bible literacy, Subash offers an online Bible education program to anyone who desires to enroll. Through digital platforms, participants are able to study Scripture, explore core doctrines at their own pace regardless of location.
